Please choose carefully as at this time we do not offer refunds on change of mind.
We want you to love your purchase. If something isn't quite right, we offer exchanges or store credit to ensure you find the perfect fit while maintaining the integrity of our limited, high quality pieces.
Eligibility
Items must be returned within 10 days of delivery, unworn, unwashed, and in original condition with all tags attached and original packaging included.
Exchanges & Store Credit
Eligible returns can be exchanged for another size(subject to availability) or issued as store credit. Store credit is valid for 12 months from the date of issue.
Sale Items
All sale, promotional, or discounted items are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged unless deemed faulty.
Return Shipping
Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer. We recommend using a tracked service, as we are not responsible nor liable for returns lost in transit or damaged. Original shipping charges are non-refundable and we don't not provide free return or exchange shipping, nor reimburse for it.
Faulty Items
If you receive a faulty or incorrect item, please contact us with 48 hours of delivery with you order number and clear images. All items are subject to assessment, and we reserve the right to determine whether an item is deemed faulty before approving a replacement, store credit, or refund where applicable.
Approval Required
All returns must be approved prior to being sent back. Unauthorised returns may not be accepted.
Pre-Order Changes & Cancellations
As pre-order items are made or secured specifically for your purchase, we do not accept cancellations or change of mind once an order has been placed.
Please allow 1-3 business days for returns to be processed once received.
