We aim to dispatch all orders promptly so you can enjoy your pieced as soon as possible.
Processing time
Orders are processed within 1-3 business days from the time of purchase. During launches, restocks, or promotional periods, processing times may be slightly extended.
Domestic Shipping (Australia)
Standard shipping: 2-7 business days
Express shipping: 1-3 business days
Shipping times are estimates provided by the carrier(Auspost) and begin once your order has been dispatched.
International Shipping
We offer worldwide shipping. Delivery timeframes vary depending on destination and customs processing. Any duties, taxes, or import fees are the responsibility of the customer.
Shipping Confirmation & Tracking
Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking details so you can monitor your delivery. If you have not received an email please check your junk inbox.
Delays & Lost Parcels
While we work with trusted carriers, delivery delays can occasionally occur and are outside of our control. We are not liable for delays caused by postal services, customs, or unforeseen circumstances. If your parcel appears lost, please contact the carrier first and then reach out to us for assistance.
Incorrect Address
Please ensure your shipping details are correct at checkout. We are not responsible for orders shipped to incorrectly provided addresses. If an order is returned to us, additional shipping fees may apply to resend the parcel.
Shipping Costs
FREE SHIPPING ON STANDARD ORDERS OVER $200AUD. Will apply at checkout.
Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on your location and selected delivery method. This ensures the most accurate and fair shipping cost for each order placed with us.
Pre-Orders
Items marked as pre-order are not currently in stock and will be shipped once they arrive. If your order included both in-stock and pre-order items, they will be shipped seperatly. In stock items will be dispatched as usual, while pre-order items will be sent once they become available.
Estimated shipping timeframes for pre-order items will be listed on the product page. Please note these are approximate and may be subject to change.
By placing a pre-order, you acknowledge and accept the delayed delivery timeframe for those items.
As pre-order items are made or secured specifically for your purchase, we do not accept cancellations or change of mind once an order has been placed.
